Cefalù tenders restoration of Ruggiero-Amendola building
Over €3 million planned for restoration and new public uses.
On 14 October Cefalù announced a tender to restore and repurpose the building at the corner of Corso Ruggiero and Via Amendola.
The investment exceeds €3 million, funded by the metropolitan authority. It covers conservation work and building systems upgrades.
The municipality estimates almost two years from site handover. Planned uses include exhibition and multipurpose spaces and tourism development activities. The announcement concerns procurement, rather than premises already open to users.
